Terms & Conditions

Booking with Glow by CO means that you agree to the following:

Deposit: All clients will be charged a 50% deposit fee when booking an appointment. Deposit fee will be applied towards services rendered.

NO-SHOW Policy:

  • All clients will initially receive a 1-strike warning on no-shows or late arrivals.

  • After initial no show or late arrival, a 75% deposit service fee will be required for any future appointments and client will no longer qualify for any promotional service pricing.

Late Cancelation & Rescheduling Policy:

  • All clients must cancel or reschedule 12 hours prior to their appointment time.

  • If appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 12 hours in advance, then a 50% non-refundable deposit fee will be charged.

Late Arrival Policy:

  • Under 12 hour cancellations or arriving 15 minutes past your appointment time is considered a “no-show”.

  • All clients agree to communicate via text if running late.

  • There is a 15 minute grace period. Please arrive on time or time WILL be deducted from services.

Illness/Sickness Policy:

  • If experiencing symptoms such as a cold, flu, fever, chills, cough, please reach out and we will gladly reschedule your appointment.

    Refund Policy:

    NO REFUNDS will be issued on services rendered!

    No children or guests are allowed to wait inside treatment room. Guests are more than welcome to wait outside of the treatment room.

Glow by CO has the right to refuse service to anyone who does not adhere to these policies, terms & conditions.
